Returns and Refunds
The artist employs a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof-of-purchase is required.
To start a return, please reach out to the artist directly via the contact page and provide your order number as well as reason for return. Images of defective items are greatly appreciated.
If your return is accepted, the artist will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to the artist without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned products that are used or damaged are not eligible for refunds.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected for quality assurance by the artist, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchanges
If you desire a replacement instead of a refund, return of the defective item must be received by the artist before a replacement will be sent out. Replacing the defective item will be done as quickly as possible and at no extra cost.
